Kyle Kerley

Kyle began his professional career in the Restaurants where he was able to be a General Manager by 23 years old. Later Kyle went into the Hospitality field where he was Project Manager. Later he ran key accounts for north America where he would deal with the top hotel brands in the world. Kyle always had an entrepreneur mindset through out his career. Kyle and his Wife (Prane Kerley) then decided to take the jump and start Proper HOA Management.



Kyle is married to Prane Kerley and they have 2 kids, Layton, and Madison.

When Associations aren’t “properly” managed – it can cause damage for years to come. My passion for the property management industry has been 10+ years in the making. My only goal is to help your association be managed appropriately from all angles – financial, legal, maintenance, compliance and more.



When I decided to leave a “big box” firm and go out on my own – my vision for the clients has been the same – manage associations properly so we can all regain trust in the process. There isn’t a single approach, or one-size-fits-all mentality here – Proper is built upon a foundation of high employee retention, even higher employee engagement and consistent responses – which only means that our clients receive top-tier service delivery month after month.



When I’m not in a Board meeting or consulting an association I enjoy spending time with our children, being at the lake and watching my son play his favorite sport – baseball.

Albert Hogans

Albert Hogans has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a proven track record of providing a high level of customer service.  His “Customer First” mindset allows for providing the best service to Customers. 




As the Director of Field Services, Albert seeks new innovative ideas to help improve the communities he serves.  He believes that Customer Satisfaction not only is being responsive to needs, but also being able to Innovate.  He challenges his team to follow this thought:  “Think of yourself as the Customer” 
Albert is actively involved in serving his community.  As a co-founder of the non-profit organization “Our Family and Yours” he dedicates his time helping children and victims of domestic violence. 

Brittany Lockhart

My name is Britany Lockhart and I am the Director of Performance Improvement at Proper HOA Management. I have specialized in onsite, single family, condominium/townhome, lifestyle, and development management for nine years. I was the Community Association Manager for a ‘Community of the Year’ nominee in 2021 and 2022.


My true passion lies behind the scenes of the HOA world. I now work to constantly improve performances, processes, and procedures that will benefit Managers, Board Members, Homeowners, and Proper HOA Management.



I am from Mansfield, TX and majored in History and Criminal Justice at the University of North Texas. I enjoy watching sporting events, reading true crime novels, and spending time with my wife, son, family, friends, and soon to be new baby, due February 2024.

Tina Bennett

Tina currently serves as Chief of Staff for Proper HOA Management.  She has 25 years of property management experience in various roles including Project Coordinator, HR, IT and Office Management. She has demonstrated versatility as reflected in her ability to adapt to changing leadership positions. Tina excels in solving problems and works well under pressure. She previously worked at BPMI Management for 24 years, Heritage Media for 4 years and Lehndorff United Properties for 10 years.


She resides in Dallas with her husband and has two sons.  She enjoys cooking, exercising, reading and loves to dance, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
